Mr. Hazard received his Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, and his Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University, Ann Arbor, MI. He is an American College of Health Care Executives member and served as an Examiner for the Michigan Quality Award program. He has served in senior leadership positions in hospitals, government healthcare programs, community not-for-profit organizations, and Long-term care organizations for over a 35-year career. He continues to teach Health Care Administration classes at the graduate level at Central Michigan University’s Global Campus. In 2016 Frank walked the Camino de Santiago in Spain, a holy pilgrimage, to get closer to God. He walked 185 miles in three weeks across northern Spain ending at the shrine of Saint James the Apostle in Santiago de Compostela in northwestern Spain.
